I recommend buying enough food to last you and your family at least a month. A year would be even better. Just something to have on hand in case things get bad. You can start eating on it now and just buy more as you go to replenish your supply or just tuck it away in a dry cool place and make sure rats an such can't get to it.
Here: You can buy a device that sucks the water out of the air and makes it drinkable.
http://www.ecoloblue.com/ and here is a place you can buy food supplies that will last you a while.
http://www.efoodsdirect.com/products.htmlInvestments to make this year. Try gold, silver, and things like land. DO NOT GO INTO DEBT. I also highly recommend investing OUT of the country.
I do believe it's going to be a rough year.

It's been a good run here on xanga. I am thinking about ending it though. It's been fun and I wish you all the best. Study, learn, change, grow. Turn off your tv's, it's mind control. The government is not your friend, they lie to you all the time. Why even some of you still believe them is beyond me. All I can say is they programed you well.
Plant a garden. Plant wild edibles in your yard if you have one. Buy a gun if you wish but I personally prefer nonviolence. Guns could come in handy for hunting. Check out what Ron Paul has to say on things. Watch loose change final cut. Talk to your neighbors, friends, and family. Talk to them about things other than TV (including mainstream news), Movies, and Sports. Good luck with that. Study brainwashing. Study mind control.
Remember the past. Check out Torahclass.com
Throughout history the prophets and the revolutionaries have always been look upon with hate. People abuse them, kill them, get angry with them, and refuse to listen to them. They are kooks and weirdo's in the eyes of many. It's easy to be a part of the crowed, you fit. It is a hard thing to stand alone for what you truly believe in. Evil rules when good men do nothing.
Well I have deleted most of my posts and the text in the few I left up. I'll likely leave this up for the sake of anyone who happens to find it.
It's been fun, Shalom.

Why delete everything and leave? If you leave it up, you can always come back if you change your mind.
Sorry to see you leave ... you always have interesting and thought-provoking posts. Take care and be kind to yourself in this life.
its been too brief. but if you ever change your mind, i'll still come by and read.
aww, I was hoping you'd leave your entries and site up. So much of it's worth referring others to. Personally, I'm hoping I will see you back here again...if not by you changing your mind, then by some time in the far future so I can randomly gush "OH HII!!!" *ENTHUSIASTIASM*, heh.
Good journeying, GoGreen. It's been good reading your stuff and talking with you here on xanga. Don't hesitate if you ever live through a smashing good story to talk to me -- even if you don't want to blog about it yourself, I'd love to blog about it in your stead if you wouldn't mind terribly. And seeng how you've read my stuff often enough, I'd hope you know that most of the stuff you come across is a smashing good story in my book.
Luck, fun, and all that, dearie. Here's to the future...and lets all hope it's not as bad to us as we think it probably will be.
I'm prepared.
Aw... you're leaving? Well, it was great getting to know you in this short time. Good luck with your endeavors!
Okay, now I'm upset. Best to you, and thanks for the links here. Be careful out there.
Yeah...looking back on your posts...I hope you decide to leave this up.
Thank you for all of your interesting anecdotes. Your posts will be missed by me. Thanks and Thanks Ellymae23
Thanks for reading. I wish you the best.

We moved to Canada in Feb 2007 in anticipation of the mess to come.
